Love Without An Agenda š¤
The world teaches us that loving others openly is strange and that our identity is defined by labels. But we werenāt created to be labeled by culture - we were created to be one with love and defined by God. No matter what the world says, what truly matters is the Holy Spirit within us guiding who we are.

One thing that honestly blows my mind is how fast people make assumptions and how automatic those assumptions have become.
Yesterday, I told someone new I met that she was beautiful.
Her response?
āAre you gay?ā
Not because I flirted.
Not because I implied anything.
But because she had never experienced someone complimenting her in a pure way ā without an ulterior motive.
And that made me pause.
When did kindness start requiring explanation?
When did encouragement become suspicious?
When did we normalize assuming motive instead of simply receiving love?
Right now, the enemy is doing something subtle but manipulative in our world.
He is dividing people from their true essence - love.
He is convincing people that love is strange.
That labels define identity.
That we cannot express genuine affection without it being categorized.
But the truth is this:
God is love.
And when we are aligned with Him, we reflect that love.
Love is not weird.
Kindness is not suspicious.
Encouragement is not a hidden agenda.
I love people. I genuinely do.
And I am straight.
The fact that kindness now has to be labeled or questioned says more about the culture we live in than it does about the person giving the compliment.
Weāve become so conditioned to expect manipulation that we struggle to recognize sincerity.
Yes, we need discernment.
But we also need balance.
There are still genuine people in this world.
Some uplift because itās in their heart.
Some compliment because they see beauty.
Some love because that is how God designed us - to reflect Him.
As long as the enemy can distort love, he can distance people from God.
Thatās part of why I focus so heavily on ADA and WCAG-compliant design.
Inclusion isnāt just technical.
Itās love in action.
It says:
You matter.
You belong here.
I see you.
Thatās why I created NDVerse.
Because every single person - neurodivergent or not - deserves dignity, acceptance, care, and compassion.
We should normalize uplifting people.
Normalize kindness.
Normalize telling someone theyāre beautiful without it being interpreted as desire.
It is not strange to call someone beautiful.
It is not strange to tell someone you love them.
Whatās actually strange is that weāve been conditioned to believe it is.
Christ calls us to encourage one another.
To build each other up.
To love without agenda.
Especially now.
The world does not need more suspicion.
It needs more compassion.
More inclusion.
More genuine love.
When we focus our minds on truth, fear loses its grip.
The love of God is not transactional.
And just because someone is kind to you does not mean thereās a hidden motive.
Sometimesā¦
God is simply calling us to be kind.
And maybe we should let that be normal again.
God bless you.
